Our in-house 5-hour refresher course is HSE compliant and covers all the basic skills from the First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work courses. Maintain your confidence and first aid skills to ensure that you are prepared for any emergency by refreshing you skills and knowledge in CPR and AED usage, treating choking, stopping bleeding, dealing with shock and various injuries and illness etc.

What We Cover
- Understand a first aider’s roles and responsibilities
- Assess an incident and conduct the appropriate surveys
- CPR and the use of an AED (add in)
- Seizures, choking and external bleeding are also covered as well as treating casualties in shock and with minor injuries
